Due to international compliance and AML regulations, opening a commercial business bank account in Antigua takes preparation. Don't show up to the branch without:
1. Certified Articles of Incorporation / ABIPCO Business Certificate
2. Two forms of government photo ID (Passport + Driver's License) for each director
3. Proof of residential address (APUA utility bill < 3 months old)
4. Two professional bank reference letters or accountant reference
5. Projected cash flow / 12-month business plan summary
6. Tax Identification Number (TIN) letter from Inland Revenue
