New electronic customs declaration app at V.C. Bird Airport: Arrival experience

Flew in last Friday and they had everyone scan the QR code to fill out the online customs declaration instead of passing around paper blue forms on the airplane.

Much faster line at baggage claim if you fill it out before boarding or while waiting for bags. Has anyone had issues with the WiFi at arrivals when trying to submit?
